Participants must be at least 16 years of age on the day of the event. Participants under 18 must notify their parents or guardians and obtain their consent to participate before registering.
Please prepare your own and/or your team members' information before starting your registration. This includes: full Chinese name, full English name, ID/Passport number (first 5 digits), gender, date of birth, nationality, residential address, mobile phone number, email address, and affiliated running/hiking club, address (for donation purpose)etc. To ensure the smooth delivery of subsequent updates and for important communications, the same email address and/or mobile phone number cannot be used for more than one participant's registration.
Each email address is only valid for one registration, duplicate usage is not allowed.

• 1. Team and Registration Guidelines
- Team Size: Each participating team must consist of 2 to 4 members.
- Leg Distribution: The about 10km race is divided into 4 legs, with each leg being about 2.5km. If a team has fewer than 4 members, every runner must complete at least one leg and some runners will be required to run more than one leg to complete the entire distance.
- Runner Confirmation: Participants must designate and provide the details of the runner for each leg during registration. Once the application is submitted, the runner list and leg arrangements cannot be changed. Please confirm all details carefully before submission.
• 2. Course and Relay Rules
- Designated Route: Runners must strictly follow the official designated route to complete the race.
- Location: Start Point, Relay Zone, and Finish point are all set at Man Yee Au. The organizer will arrange a free shuttle bus to transfer runners from Pak Tam Chung PHAB site to the Start Point.
- Special Baton: The official relay baton for this race is the ROCKIT Apple Tube. Runners must carry it at all times while on the course. At the beginning of the 1st leg, the tube will contain 1 apple.
- Relay Task and Zones: After completing each 2.5km leg, runners must perform the baton exchange strictly within the designated relay zone. In addition to passing the Apple Tube, runners must also "add one apple" into the tube.
- Finishing Requirement: After 3 relay exchanges, the ROCKIT Apple Tube must contain a total of 5 apples when crossing the finish line. Otherwise, the race will not be considered successfully completed.
• Runner Attire and Identification
Themed Accessories: All runners must wear the themed accessories provided by the Organizer during the race.
Identification: This accessory serves as a crucial token for race officials and staff to identify runners. Do not remove it during the competition.
• Timing, Time Limit, and Ranking
Time Limit: Time limit is 1 hour and 30 minutes. All participating teams must complete the entire 10km race within the official time limit.
Team Results: Race rankings will be strictly based on the team's total finishing time, there will be no individual rankings or individual awards.
• Racers must confirm all information provided in the registration form is true and accurate. Racers not completing payment will be deemed to have withdrawn his/her/their registration and such registration will no longer be processed. All fee paid, including registration fee, related to shuttle bus service fee...etc., will not be refunded once submitted. Registration fee paid for duplicated entries will not be refunded and places are not transferable.
• Once the entry is submitted with payment, it is assumed that all racers understand and agree to follow all rules & regulations from the Organizer.
• Once entry is submitted, it is non-transferable and refundable. The event organizer has the right to refuse any request or application for changing the submitted registration information and race distance, or to charge the participant for any fees incurred due to such requests or applications.
• Racers are advised to seek medical advice of their physical condition and to have enough training before participating in the Event to ensure their physical condition are capable of participating in this Event and finishing the race. Once the entry is submitted, it is assumed that racers agree and confirm:
(a) he/she is capable of completing the race without any medicial or other assistance, and with no symptoms of COVID-19 and COVID-19 or other similar contagious disease
(b) he/she indemnifies and holds harmless the Organizer from
i) any injury or death suffered by the participant himself/herself or any other persons, and
ii) any property loss or damage, and
iii) any infection of COVID-19 or other similar contagious disease on other racers, event staff
• Racers are advised to purchase their own personal accident insurance and other relevant insurance according to their needs.
• The Organizer has the sole discretion and reserves the right to cancel or to make change to the arrangement of the Event for any reasons of force majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer. All registration fees and fees related to shuttle bus service will not be refunded, and the organizer will not bear any other liability.
• Definition of Force Majeure: includes and is not limited to the Organizer being unable to perform its obligations or organize or hold the Event due to fire, flood, earthquake, or other severe natural disaster or act of God; or due to protest, riot, civil disobedience, uprising, march, revolt, assembly, demonstration, occupation, commotion, mass gathering, war, terrorist, insurrection, sabotage, epidemic, pandemic, COVID-19 or other similar contagious disease or government intervention or prohibition or the likelihood of such event or act.
• The Organizer has the sole discretion and reserves the right to disqualify any persons and / or nullify his or her result due to any violation of the Official Rules of the Event and Hong Kong legislation. No refund (including registrtation fee and fees related to shuttle bus service) will be accommodated in the case of disqualifications, not limited to:
- Any violation on official rules & regulations
- Racers must follow the designated course or else they will be disqualified. Their result will not be ranked and no finisher gift will be distributed.
- Racers are not allowed using any external auxiliary equipment (except prosthesis)
- Racers (and their team) may be disqualified if it is proven that they have received any assistance from non-team members during the race.
- Race eligibility is non-transferable and non-salable. Violation will result in disqualification and rejection of participating further races held by the Organizer.
