• Each participant can only store one piece of luggage for free

• When participants store their baggage, the organizer will provide a luggage storage number sticker, which participants must keep safe and not lose.

• At the start point, there will be a drop bag area. Runners should leave your baggages under the appropriate drop bag area according to the instruction of crew and volunteers

• Baggages can only be stored once. Once stored, it can only be retrieved within the specified time. After retrieval, it cannot be stored again. Please make sure to take all the items needed for the race before storing the luggage.

• Please be noted that we only accept 1 piece of baggage of each participant, if more than 1 piece, the organizer reserves the right to charge HK$200 per piece of the extra baggage.

• Baggage cannot exceed 56 (L) x 36 (W) x 23 (H) cm (22” x 14” x 9”). If any side exceed the mentioned length, the organizer reserves the right to charge HK$200 per piece of the extra baggage. • If any participant drop out of the race and cannot manage to pick up the baggage stored, please contact the organiser first. The contact number will be printed on the race bibs.

• Participants must collect their baggages by showing the luggage storage number sticker, either by the participants themselves or any authorized representative. Any baggage not collected within the specific period of time may be disposed.

• Please do not leave any valuable or fragile item in your baggage. The Organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to any item in your baggage.
